They typically work in customer service departments, help desks, or technical support centers. Their main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate smooth operations by addressing problems promptly and effectively. Support Associates may communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, or in person, depending on the organization and industry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a support associate?

To thrive as a Support Associate, you need strong problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Job description

About us

Built on the foundation of fashion’s most iconic color contrast – White + Black – WHBM inspires independent women to embrace their power and femininity through modern yet timeless styles. We’re proud to be a place for passionate people to learn, grow, and build empowered careers.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and  on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

The impact you can have

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
  • Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
  • Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
  • Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

You’ll bring to the role

  • Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Benefits

  • Optional medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Merchandise discounts plus eligibility for discounts at our sister brands
  • Professional development and opportunities for advancement across our brands
  • Community impact through our philanthropic partnerships

Availability of these benefits is based on employment type, role, and certain eligibility requirements. Job offers will consider factors such as your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
