Job description

Job Title

*THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL POSITION, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF THE DUTY LOCATION*

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Receives telephone calls;
  • Recommends course of action for Veteran to complete their IV case;
  • Explains the process of submitting forms and evidence documentation;
  • Prepares well-defined case notes;
  • Processes incoming mail for distribution;
  • Completes data entry of FTI income data;
  • Performs duties related to receipt, intake, indexing, and scanning income verification documents;
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to the service

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
