Role: Principal Support Administrator (Executive Admin Support) Type: Direct Hire (W2) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 base salary Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with Full Scope Poly (FSP) (required to be considered)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Principal Support Administrator to provide high-visibility executive administrative support to a senior leader (or small group of leaders). This role is ideal for an experienced executive admin who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and is comfortable interacting with senior executives and a wide range of internal/external stakeholders.

You’ll work largely independently, with general guidance from leadership, and you’ll be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively manage and deconflict executive calendars, including shifting priorities and unscheduled demands
  • Prepare leaders for meetings (briefing support, agendas, coordination, reminders, logistics)
  • Coordinate and support travel planning and related arrangements
  • Draft, edit, format, and manage versions of correspondence and documents (including tracked changes and version control)
  • Maintain highly organized filing/tracking systems for rapid retrieval of information
  • Use sound judgment to identify priority/threshold issues that should be elevated to leadership
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with senior stakeholders, using appropriate protocol and tact
  • Support broader admin needs for the leader’s staff as required

What You’ll Need (Required)

  • Active Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Poly (FSP)
  • 4–5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
    • including 1–2 years supporting executive-level leaders
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, professional)
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Discretion and maturity handling sensitive information and high-visibility interactions

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
