Job description

Provides first-line operational and technical support for BMx client/server devices, workstations, peripherals, communication devices, and associated operational support environments. The FSA supports troubleshooting, installation, configuration, sustainment, and operational readiness activities supporting BMx program office personnel and associated support infrastructure.

FSAs work directly with Help Desk personnel, system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and technical SMEs to resolve user issues, maintain operational device readiness, support account/access troubleshooting, and ensure operational support systems remain available. This role also supports operational transition activities, endpoint support, hardware/software sustainment, and user-support coordination activities.

Within BMx, FSAs support operational continuity by ensuring maintenance, logistics, and PMEL personnel maintain functional access to BMx operational support environments.

Requirements

Must possess DoD Secret Clearance.
