Job description

Position title: Supply Room Clerk

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Clearance required: SECRET

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Supply Room & Inventory Management: Operate the supply room and its automated

 inventory system, manage stock levels, issue supplies, and prepare reports.

  • Procurement & Ordering Support: Initiate and process supply orders by gathering price information, creating shopping carts, drafting procurement actions, and submitting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in ERP.
  • Receiving & Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies, handling all discrepancies and returns. Assist with material handling and interoffice moves.

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • One (1) year of functional experience in operating a centralized mail room.
  • One (1) year of functional experience in operating an automated supply inventory management system.
