Tool Crib Supervisor (SAP / Inventory Control / Manufacturing) - Winston-Salem, NC Area
Full-Time | $55K-$65K
I'm partnering with a confidential manufacturing organization to hire a Tool Crib Supervisor to lead day-to-day inventory and materials operations supporting production.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing supply room operations, inventory accuracy, and SAP transactions-critical to keeping production running without disruption.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily supply room operations (receiving, issuing, storage, labeling)
  • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
  • Manage SAP transactions, bin locations, and material traceability
  • Partner with Purchasing, Maintenance, and Production to prevent downtime
  • Monitor open POs, shortages, and critical materials, escalating risks
  • Train and coach team members on process execution and accountability
  • Enforce safety, organization, and inventory control standards
What You Bring
  • Experience in inventory, supply room, or warehouse leadership
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or ERP systems (required)
  • Background supporting manufacturing or production environments
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process discipline and accuracy
