Job description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to bring structure, discipline, and execution rigor to Jetson's Supply Chain & Warehousing Programs function. You will be the tactical engine that translates strategic roadmap into daily execution - and this is not a role for someone building from scratch in isolation. The foundation is being laid alongside you. It's a role for someone who thrives in the engine room: executing with precision, keeping cross-functional gears turning, and bringing operational discipline to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

You will own the connective tissue across Jetson's most critical cross-functional work - NPI, RCCA, OKR management, service and warranty operations, and strategic initiatives that don't fit neatly inside a single function. This is a high-ownership role with significant visibility across the supply chain org and into senior leadership.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from charter to close - defining scope, aligning stakeholders, running structured meetings, managing timelines, and holding teams accountable without direct authority.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) - Own Supply Chain components of NPI in conjunction with product management.  From engineering handoff through supply chain readiness and field launch, coordinating across procurement, warehouse ops, and field teams.
  • Root Cause & Corrective Action - Build and administer Jetson's RCCA program - tracking open issues across functions, driving accountability to closure, and reporting trends and systemic risks to leadership
  • Own OKR coordination for the Supply Chain & Warehousing org - facilitating quarterly goal-setting, tracking progress, and connecting team objectives to company priorities
  • Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams
  •  Produce executive-ready dashboards that aggregate status from multiple project owners
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, operations, or a hardware/product environment
  • Strong cross-functional influencer - you drive accountability and alignment without direct authority
  • Experience managing NPI processes with physical goods and vendor/contractor management in a program context
  • Familiarity with RCCA or continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma certification not required)
  • High comfort with ambiguity; you do not need perfect information to move forward
  • Experience with modern tools, including AI, to manage programs more efficiently
  • PMP or equivalent a plus - we care more about what you've built than what's on your wall

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Pay: $105,000 - $130,000 per annum

Benefits:

Dental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by Jetson

Health Insurance premium 85% paid by Jetson

Education Support

Parental Leave Top Up

Work Location: In person - Centennial, CO
