This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a growth environment and is energized by the opportunity to help shape an evolving organization. The Director will play a critical role in scaling supply chain capabilities to support increasing business demand, new program growth, and operational excellence. With approximately $100M-$200M in annual spend managed by the supply chain team, this position has broad responsibility across procurement and subcontracts, along with accountability for organizational development, staffing, supplier performance, and cross-functional business partnership.

  • Influence design and program decisions to optimize supply chain performance, affordability, producibility, and schedule outcomes.
  • Own tactical and operational supply chain plans, objectives, and performance metrics aligned to business goals.
  • Manage approximately $100M-$200M in spend, ensuring effective supplier strategy, procurement execution, subcontract management, and risk mitigation.
