We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Analytics Lead.

Location: Nashville TN - Onsite with flexibility (3 days in office, 2 remote)

Lead efforts within Supply Chain analytics and planning functions including demand, supply, inventory, logistics, procurement data, and order fulfillment visibility. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met end to end by developing trusted data, performance insights, decision-support tools, and scalable analytical processes across the supply chain

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 

B.S. or B.A. in applicable field required; quantitative, supply chain, engineering, analytics, information systems, or business discipline preferred. MBA or advanced analytics certification preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: 

8+ years of relevant work experience required, preferably in supply chain analytics, planning, operations, data engineering, business intelligence, or decision-support environments.

Technical Skills: 

Experience with SQL, Python or equivalent analytical tools, data visualization, data modeling, ERP/planning systems, forecasting, optimization, simulation, or emerging AI-enabled analytics is preferred.

Base salary range: $ 118,138 to $131,263/year  

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

  • Prepare and support an annual operating plan including expense resources, analytics priorities, technology needs, and capability development; coach and develop staff or project team members as applicable.
