Pay Rate: $40.00 – $42.67/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote After Training

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking an experienced Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to support strategic Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) initiatives within our client's aerospace operations in Phoenix, AZ.

This role combines supply chain project management, production planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP expertise, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and hands-on experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to monitor project performance, identify risks, resolve material and production challenges, and support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain projects supporting aerospace operations.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, performance, and deliverables.
  • Identify supply chain and project risks and develop appropriate corrective actions.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports.
  • Utilize SAP to analyze supply chain information, monitor project milestones, and support planning decisions.
  • Develop project tracking tools, metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify shortages, constraints, risks, and performance trends.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and communicate project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on project priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong hands-on SAP experience supporting supply chain activities.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with Clear To Build reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Data analysis
  • Reporting
  • Experience monitoring project performance and identifying operational or supply chain risks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace industry experience.
  • Manufacturing environment experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional supply chain or operational projects.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience developing project dashboards, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting.
