About the Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the daily operational flow of inventory, customer orders, shipments, and vendor coordination across the supply chain lifecycle. This role is responsible for helping maintain operational efficiency, inventory visibility, shipment tracking, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely processing and customer delivery.

The coordinator works closely with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Quality Control, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors to support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, monitor order flow, and maintain workflow accuracy. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily supply chain operations and inventory movement across multiple operational stages
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate order flow from inventory intake through fulfillment Inbound and Outbound.
  • Monitor order status, shipment progress, tracking updates, and operational timelines
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment, Quality Control, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks, delays, shipment discrepancies, and system-related issues
  • Support vendor onboarding, compliance processes, account maintenance, and operational communication
  • Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and visibility
  • Assist with operational reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors to support customer delivery goals.
  • Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and guidelines development
  • Monitor operational performance and proactively communicate risks impacting customer orders or supply chain flow
  • Assist with special projects, reporting initiatives, and process-related tasks as needed

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes
  • Experience working with vendors, shipping, and procurement processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
