Job description

About the team

As the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you'll be embedded within the Retail team but sit within the broader Supply Chain organization, directly owning and driving operations across our retail and/or digital channel. You'll lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), manage in-stocks, on-time/in-full (OTIF) performance, and oversee store-level operations and chargeback mitigation. From shelf to supply node, you'll play a key role in ensuring product availability and exceptional execution for the Harry's and Flamingo brands.

About the role

We're seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Customer Supply Chain (CSC) team. This critical role serves as the end-to-end supply chain lead for one of our key Retail or Digital channels. You'll work cross-functionally with our Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless product flow to customers. This role is both operational and customer-facing; it requires fostering strong relationships with retail partners and a commitment to flawless operational execution.

We're looking for an outstanding operational leader - someone who understands the nuances of retail and digital supply chains, moves quickly to solve problems, and uses data to drive prioritization and decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator, capable of setting strategy and executing against it. This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of big-picture thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution.

What you will accomplish

  • Partner with the sales team, demand planning, supply planning, and external counterparts (inventory managers, etc.) to lead ongoing forecasting and replenishment needs for the business
  • Serve as the go-to expert on retail operations for your channel, including fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, in-store operations, display execution, retailer contract, allowance, and chargebacks.
  • Lead retail operations activities within the relevant channel/retailer based on standard processes and data-driven insights; measure return on investment for all retail ops activities to optimize investments.
  • Manage third party brokers to ensure the highest level of execution around channel needs and requirements for each customer
  • Develop reporting & scorecarding linked to operational success metrics and key performance indicators
  • Identify gaps in current operational practices and work with retail operations, channel sales directors, and external partners (HQ brokers, retail ops partners, retailer inventory and supply chain specialists) to create strategic roadmaps for progress
  • Lead integrated business planning (IBP) in partnership with Demand Planning to provide accurate inputs on sales and changes in the business
  •  Support strategic planning and execution: understand our company-wide goals and KPIs and translate this into operational strategies and actions that support. When we are executing large strategic changes, you will be responsible for engaging and driving execution, ensuring risks are managed and opportunities are realized.
  • Own end-to-end distribution logistics for your channel, ensuring on-time fulfillment and delivery, managing sales order and inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement through chargeback analysis, KPI tracking (e.g., OTIF, in-stocks), and retailer supply chain insights.
Supporting our Key Retail or Digital Channels include
  • Conduct weekly replenishment analysis to ensure proper inventory flow between internal and external supply chains.
  • Regular communication with regional buying teams to ensure warehouses are kept at healthy inventory levels through promoted and non promoted time periods.
  • Manage all aspects of retailer forecasts (Supply Plan), including In-Stocks, Event Management, Execution of New and Discontinued items, Reducing Waste, Reporting, and Analytics
  • Identify opportunities for store operational process improvements and help drive implementation with our store operations partners
  • Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships that will drive supply and demand efficiencies.
  • Continuous Improvement:  Drive improvements in how we execute, based on the specific challenges or opportunities in your channel.
  • Project Management: Engage in and help create cross-functional projects and help drive them forward with relevant context and expertise from your channel.

This should describe you

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain roles.
  • Detail-oriented and highly collaborative, with strong internal and external relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of key supply chain tools and resources
  • Attention to detail and ability to collaborate internally and externally is imperative to success in this role.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes such as Forecasting & Replenishment, Financial planning, Store Operations, Inventory Management, Order (retailer) Management, and Distribution & Logistics
  • Strong project management skills including organization and communication, with an ability to self-start initiatives and lead multiple team members (including third-party partners)
  • Strong understanding of excel and AI tools, with ability to cut through data to generate, prioritize, and communicate key operational insight

Here's who you'll work with

  • Reporting to our Manager of Customer Supply Chain
  • You will be working on our Customer Supply Chain team leads and the broader Supply Chain Org
  • You'll work closely with our Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance teams
