We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:
  • Senior Project Manager, PMO

Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who excels in a structured PMO environment and brings discipline, clarity, and rigor to every initiative. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of major programs�driving adherence to PMO standards, enforcing governance frameworks, managing RAID and change control processes, and ensuring projects advance with transparency and control. You'll lead cross-functional teams through complex, fast-paced delivery cycles, aligning stakeholders, maintaining momentum, and transforming ambiguity into execution-ready plans. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity and elevating project maturity across an organization, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable and lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and daily execution to ensure milestones are met.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination by running project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
  • Own RAID management�identifying and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and leading mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Enforce change control processes, assessing scope impacts, securing approvals, and keeping all change documentation accurate and communicated.
  • Apply consistent project management methodologies, maintain high-quality documentation and KPI reporting, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

The experience we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within a PMO or other structured project environment.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations and managing complex, large-scale project timelines.
  • Background applying process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma), including governance, resource management, and structured reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies and working with MS Project or similar tools for planning and execution.
  • Proven history managing risk, overseeing change control, and delivering projects with strong attention to operational requirements and detail.
