As a Senior Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Supply Chain Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading complex Supply Chain Operate engagements across procurement, planning, manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and other supply chain domains
  • Advising senior client stakeholders on operating models, process performance, service expectations, organizational capabilities, and technology environments to identify opportunities to improve cost, service, and resilience
  • Owning engagement delivery and outcomes, including quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, governance, and coordination across onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Designing and mobilizing business process as a service (BPaaS) and application managed services (AMS) operating models, including service scope, governance, delivery locations, resource models, performance measures, and continuous improvement approaches
  • Leading transition and stabilization activities, including current-state assessment, knowledge transfer, process documentation, cutover planning, and steady-state service launch
  • Supporting business development, coaching teams, and contributing to practice growth, innovation, and reusable delivery assets

By combining delivery experience, process knowledge, and Deloitte investments in automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and other leading capabilities, we help clients accelerate time to value, reduce cost to serve, and improve stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, managed services, shared services, outsourcing, or consulting
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex client engagements, managed services programs, transformation initiatives, or multi-workstream delivery teams
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a client service, consulting, shared services, operations, outsourcing, or managed services environment
  • Experience in a lead or delivery role on supply chain business process as a service (BPaaS), application managed services (AMS), or other operate engagements in procurement, planning, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management
