We are now seeking a Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst to support our growing purchasing and supply chain operations, particularly across our U.S. and China teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is analytical, highly organized, bilingual in Chinese, and excited to grow within a fast-moving operational environment.

Role and Responsibilities

The Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in supporting purchasing, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and cross-functional supply chain operations across multiple business units. This role will work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, production, sales, logistics partners, and leadership to help ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing analytical work with operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

  • Support day-to-day purchasing activities across domestic and international suppliers
  • Communicate directly with vendors and manufacturing partners regarding orders, lead times, production updates, and logistics coordination
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipment timelines, and supplier performance
  • Assist with vendor pricing updates, product sourcing, and purchasing analysis
  • Help maintain strong supplier relationships through timely and professional communication

Supply Chain Operations

  • Track inventory movement, incoming shipments, and product availability across departments
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to support fulfillment priorities and minimize delays
  • Assist in managing replenishment planning and inventory accuracy
  • Support freight coordination, shipping documentation, and logistics tracking as needed
  • Identify and escalate supply chain disruptions or operational bottlenecks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer service, purchasing, warehouse, production, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across operations
  • Support communication between U.S. operations and international partners
  • Assist in coordinating product launches, inventory transitions, and operational initiatives
  • Participate in process improvement projects to support operational scalability and efficiency

Data Analysis & Systems Support

  • Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and vendor records within ERP systems
  • Analyze operational and inventory data to support decision-making and forecasting
  • Generate reports related to purchasing trends, inventory levels, and supply chain performance
  • Support the implementation and improvement of operational systems and workflows

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools preferred
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within operations and supply chain management
