Supply Chain & Strategic Operations Associate - Supply Planning Team

Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Reports to:ย Supply Planning Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveย Supply Chain & Strategic Operations Associateย to join our Supply Planning team. The role will be responsible ensuring we have a robust operational execution plan to deliver our global upcoming program schedule. Will partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Brand, Project Management, and Operations to develop and implement strategies that align investment decisions with available operational capacity and levers. Additionally, this role will collaborate with Supply Chain leaders to support high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Capacity Model

  • Serve as the primary owner for a defined portion of the capacity model (end-to-end demand vs capacity for card manufacturing process)
  • Ensure model accurately reflects the current business conditions
  • Identify and implement enhancements targeting model accuracy, scalability and/or coverage

Quarterly Planning Review (QPR) Modelling & Insights

  • Manage model refreshes in alignment with the QPR planning cadence
  • Translate model outputs into actionable insights that highlight risks, constraints, and bottlenecks
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize capacity, mitigate risks, and align resources to forecasted demand
  • Present finding and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally to address action items identified during QPR
  • Lead the development of high-level execution plans to resolve capacity gaps, resource constraints, and operational bottlenecks

Support Supply Chain Initiatives

  • Partner with Supply Chain leadership on high-impact projects requiring analytics, modelling, and/or project coordination
  • Build and enhance forecasting and operational planning models
  • Assist with new technology deployment and process implementation
  • Support capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, equipment selection, and installation analysis
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support scalable and repeatable operations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:ย 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Finance, or Analytics
  • Systems Knowledge:ย Advanced Excel skills (modelling and scenario analysis); familiarity with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI) preferred
  • Analytical Skills:ย Experience building planning models, capacity planning, forecasting and/or operational performance analysis. Ability to translate data output into recommendations / insights. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Communication:ย Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to cross-functional leadership groups
  • Mindset:ย Detail-oriented, ownership mindset, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing deadlines based on business needs
