Relevant de la Directrice associee, Operations de la chaine d'approvisionnement, Canada, le ou la Specialiste associe (e) en logistique appuiera l'equipe des Operations de la chaine d'approvisionnement du Canada a travers les fonctions de planification de la demande et d'execution (DPDF) ainsi que celles de distribution et logistique (D&L).

La personne retenue soutiendra les taches operationnelles, la coordination avec les sites d'approvisionnement, le partenaire 3PL et les parties prenantes locales, et collaborera avec les equipes Finances, Assurance Qualite et Commercial, au besoin.

Ce poste requiert un(e) collaborateur(trice) pret(e) e a appuyer diverses activites de la chaine d'approvisionnement et a contribuer a assurer des operations fiables et efficaces.

Responsabilites

  • Soutenir les operations quotidiennes de la chaine d'approvisionnement, incluant la distribution, la logistique, la gestion des stocks et la gestion des commandes.

  • Contribuer a la revue des donnees, a la production de rapports et aux processus budgetaires afin de soutenir la visibilite operationnelle et la prise de decisions.

  • Appuyer les activites de planification de la demande en revisant les previsions, les tendances et les intrants necessaires au maintien d'informations de planification exactes.

Fonctions specifiques au poste

  • Appuyer l'analyse des couts reels de transport (entrant et sortant) et des frais d'entreposage afin de contribuer a la preparation du budget D&L.

  • Participer, au besoin, aux activites de cloture de fin de mois.

  • Coordonner la destruction trimestrielle de produits.

  • Soutenir le travail avec le 3PL pour tout ce qui concerne les inventaires, la reception, la qualite/relache et les enjeux connexes. Traiter les transactions requises dans SAP pour les expeditions domestiques et internationales.

  • Apporter un soutien a l'equipe D&L, au besoin.

  • Examiner les previsions de la demande, les tendances des ventes historiques et les principaux facteurs de la demande, et partager les observations afin de soutenir la mise a jour des plans de demande.

  • Contribuer a la revue des modeles statistiques de demande et surveiller la performance de l'exactitude des previsions, en fournissant des observations aux planificateurs quant a leur utilisation.

  • Produire le rapport sur les risques d'approvisionnement pour soutenir la surveillance des niveaux d'inventaire et signaler les risques d'approvisionnement.

  • Generer et analyser, au besoin, des rapports, des indicateurs et des KPI lies a la demande, aux donnees de base d'approvisionnement et aux inventaires.

  • Creer les bons de commande et produire le rapport des commandes en cours afin de surveiller et s'assurer que les commandes sont traitees en temps opportun.

  • Produire des rapports environnementaux pour divers intervenants.

  • Participer au processus des stocks de produits finis de valeur incertaine.

  • Appuyer l'equipe DPDF, au besoin.

Education, Experience et Competences Requises

  • Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, chaine d'approvisionnement/logistique ou genie, un atout

  • De zero a deux ans d'experience en gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement (operations, planification d'approvisionnement, planification de la demande) ou domaine connexe - un atout. Une combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience pertinente sera egalement consideree.

  • Maitrise de MS Office, particulierement Excel.

  • Excellentes competences de communication orale et ecrite en francais et en anglais.

  • Autonomie et approche proactive dans la resolution de problemes.

    Secondary Job Description


    The Position

    Reporting into the Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations, Canada, the Associate Specialist Supply Chain will support the Canadian Supply Chain Operations team across both Demand Planning and Fulfillment (DPDF) as well as Distribution and Logistics (D&L) functions. The incumbent will assist with operational tasks, coordination with supply sites, 3PL partner, and local stakeholders, and will collaborate with Finance, QA, and Commercial as needed. This position requires a contributor who is ready to support various supply chain activities and help ensure efficient and reliable operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Support daytoday Supply Chain Operations across distribution, logistics, inventory, and order management activities.

    • Contribute to data review, reporting, and budgeting processes to support operational visibility and decisionmaking.

    • Assist demand planning activities by reviewing forecasts, trends, and inputs that help maintain accurate planning information.

    Job Specific Functions

    • Assist in analyzing actual inbound and outbound freight costs and warehouse fees to support the preparation of the D&L budget.

    • Participate in month-end close activities, as needed.

    • Coordinates quarterly product destruction.

    • Assist in working with 3PL on all inventory, receiving, quality/release/concerns. Process supporting transactions in SAP for domestic and international shipments, as required.

    • Support the D&L team, as needed.

    • Review demand forecasts, historical sales trends, and key demand drivers, and share observations to support the creation of updated demand plans.

    • Help review demand statistical models and monitor performance on forecast accuracy, providing input to planners on whether they should be used.

    • Generate Supply at Risk Report to support monitoring inventory levels and flagging potential supply risks.

    • Generate, analyze reports, metrics and KPIs regarding demand, supply master data and inventory, as needed.

    • Create Purchase Order and Generate Open Order Report to monitor and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.

    • Generate Environmental reports for various stakeholders.

    • Participate in the Finished Goods Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) Process.

    • Support the DPDF team, as needed.

    Required Education, Experience and Skills

    • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering, an asset

    • Zero to two years' experience in Supply Chain Management (Operations, Supply Planning, Demand Planning) or related, an asset. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

    • Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

    • Able to work independently and in a Team environment.
