Work You'll Do 

As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Consultant, you will support the delivery of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations by working with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes, and help execute transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions.

  • Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
  • Contribute to Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation activities, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
  • Assist with current-state and future-state process design, including scenario development, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
  • Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases.
  • Contribute to internal business development efforts, including proposal support, research, and pursuit materials.
  • Support the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Functional implementation experience with 2+, full lifecycle full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
  • 3+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules
  • Experience supporting systems strategy, documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, and supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or another related field

Preferred: 

  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments and project deliverables in a client-service environment
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and process documentation using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience leading a workstream for Oracle applications implementations
  • Advanced degree in the area of specialization

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 -$198,400
