Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Supply Chain to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and demand planning across the Menomonee Falls, WI organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing supplier performance, and aligning supply chain strategy with business objectives in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment.

The ideal candidate is a mentor and leader who brings deep expertise in purchasing, S&OP processes, supplier management, and inventory optimization-preferably within defense, aerospace, or manufacturing. We are looking for someone to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies focused on buying, planning, and inventory optimization
  • Align procurement and planning functions with corporate growth, cost, and operational goals
  • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize supply chain processes and systems
  • Establish sourcing strategies for critical components, including long-lead and high-spec naval materials
  • Negotiate complex contracts with key suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness and risk mitigation
  • Drive supplier performance management, including quality, delivery, and compliance
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply planning across multiple programs
  • Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels and program readiness
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and program management to align supply with project timelines
  • Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and planning functions
  • Leverage digital tools (ERP, APS systems) to enhance visibility and decision-making
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Strong background in procurement, buying, and capacity planning
  • Experience in defense, naval, aerospace, or complex manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of CPSR, DFAR/FAR compliance, and documentation for DoD contractors
  • Proven success leading S&OP/IBP processes
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
