Job Description:
- Assist in the procurement/subcontract process, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.
- Support the management of supplier relationships, including communication, performance evaluation, and issue resolution.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends.
- Help maintain accurate procurement/subcontract records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to drive supply chain best practices and efficiencies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to procurement activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement/subcontract efficiency and effectiveness.
- Standardizing and modernizing RFP templates and subcontract document packages for consistency and compliance.
- Participate in internal meetings, supplier discussions, and government compliance reviews as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supply chain teams.
Qualificiations:
