As Amarr continues to grow its manufacturing footprint, product portfolio, and supplier network, we are seeking a data-driven and execution focused professional to join our Supply Chain organization as a Supply Chain Analyst.

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Supply Chain Analyst supports Amarr's end-to-end supply chain by delivering data-driven insights that improve cost, service, and operational performance across purchasing, sourcing, logistics, and operations. 

This role plays a critical part in strengthening supply chain visibility, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and supporting supplier and logistics performance. The position is designed as a foundational role to develop future supply chain leaders while enhancing Amarr's execution discipline and decision-making capability.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data across purchasing, logistics, and inventory functions 
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (OTIF, inventory turns, supplier OTD, freight cost per unit, stocking settings) 
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost drivers and provide actionable recommendations 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain reporting 

Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Support 

  • Perform spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cost modeling 

  • Support RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection activities 

  • Evaluate supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery metrics 

  • Partner with Sourcing and Engineering on VA/VE initiatives 

Logistics Optimization 

  • Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, and transportation network efficiency 

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and/or routing improvements 

  • Investigate and resolve service failures 

Inventory & Planning Support 

  • Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and forecast accuracy 

  • Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory and stockouts 

  • Support SI&OP alignment 

  • Lead and implement changes related to DRP and MRP system 

  • Capacity smoothing planning as it relates to inventory builds and levels throughout the supply chain 

Cross Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, and Finance 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions and development

 REQUIREMENTS 

  • 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or Analytics 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Experience supporting sourcing or logistics projects preferred 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field required

PREFERRED / EXPECTED CREDENTIALS 

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments 

  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) 

  • Power BI / Tableau experience 

  • Advanced Excel 

  • SQL or Python (preferred) 

  • AI and machine learning familiarity 

  • ASCM (APICS) or ISM certification (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, CTSC), or other 

  • Six Sigma Training and or Certification
