JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Warehouse Analyst I, II, SR
REQUISITION: CFO007D
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Operations - Topeka Operations Center
LOCATION: Topeka, KS
PAY RANGE

Supply Chain Analyst I: $54,400 - $68,000
Supply Chain Analyst II: $66,600 - $83,200 
SR Supply Chain Analyst: $75,300 - 100,400 
Scheduled Work Hours:   Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Job may require additional hours as required. Storm restoration support will be expected. 
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
This role will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations within Evergy's Supply Chain and will be expected to cover a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Apply general analytics and problem-solving methods/techniques in daily work.
Conduct basic analysis of simple data, builds reports, drafts / maintains basic documentation showing how problems are solved / data is analyzed.
Identify trends in data and summarizes to communicate to other stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to many levels of the company. 
Perform problem solving, corrective action and process decisions. 
Lead match exception and job balancing root cause analysis, and documentation.
Reservation management and data organization, assist in conversion of reservations and physical storage related to material changes.
Lean warehousing projects/item consolidation.
Research item discrepancies - UOM, item research. 
Process inventory replenishment orders.
Research, review, and establish reorder points and economic order quantities based on historical use and lead times.
Participate in coordination of optimizing inventory levels, minimize overstock, reduce waste, and optimize warehouse storage.
Work with business partners to ensure material availability for projects.
Assist in directing storeroom work and personnel when necessary
Leadership responsibilities within the storeroom
 

Education and Experience Requirements: 
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or the equivalent work related experience in warehouse operations. Exposure to utility operations a plus, APICS/ISM certification preferred. Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficient computer skills including full suite of Microsoft Office application.
Experience with PeopleSoft FMSC system.
Ability to develop and communicate data driven findings and recommendations, creating actionable strategies for Supply Chain as well as communicate them to non-technical audiences.
Functional knowledge of Material Management Computer Systems, preferably Maximo.
Strong analytical, numerical, math, statistics skills.
