Job description

Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager. This position will be located at our Jackson, MS facility. This position will require up to 75% travel to various suppliers throughout the United States.
The Supplier Performance Manager is responsible for the management of selected suppliers that supply goods and/or services to our organization. The Supplier Performance Manager will functionally report to the Operations Procurement Manager of Eaton Aerospace FMC in a newly created organization to improve the global performance of Eaton Aerospace FMC suppliers in North America. While responsible for under-performing suppliers, you will manage the action plan, recovery plans and improvement plan that will have to be put in place with those suppliers. In addition, you will be responsible for the compilation of the supply chain data for reporting towards Eaton Aerospace and related entities.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What you'll do:
• Manage the global supply chain relationship with suppliers in terms of OTD performance consistently with Eaton Aerospace, support and program needs; Alerts the SCM, Lead SPM, Ops Procurement Manager and/or Buyer when a problem occurs.
• Initiate supplier supply chain diagnostics and/or on-site request of Lead SPM or Ops Regional Manager.
• Manage supplier improvement and action plans as needed.
• Support the Supply Chain Buyer on supply chain terms & conditions definition.
• Significant domestic travel (up to 75%).
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.

• This position requires access to export-controlled information. • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 75-mile radius of Jackson, MS will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years experience in supply chain management.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in procurement.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience leading complex multi-functional teams or projects.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in supply chain supporting the aerospace industry.

• Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus.
• Ability to effectively present results and recommendations to senior-level executive team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
