About the Team

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines.  The Supply Chain Management Leader is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain organization at ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota. Leading Strategic Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Production Planning, Order Management, and Plant Logistics, this role drives operational performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the business while developing and leading a team of approximately 30 employees through three team leaders. 

What you can look forward to as SCM Leader: 

  • Lead Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Material/Production Planning, Order Management, and Logistics.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to three leaders and a team of 30 employees.
  • Optimizing inventory levels, working capital, and service performance.
  • Drive Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supplier performance.
  • Lead supplier performance management activities and develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Ensure efficient warehousing, logistics and product flow.
  • Partner with Operations to align production and demand.
  • Lead continuous improvement, KPI management, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and support growth initiatives. 

 Your Profile as SCM Leader:  

  • Bachelors or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years leadership experience in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in purchasing, planning, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and continuous improvement.
  • Available to travel domestic and international (up to 20% )
  • Adaptable and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Spanish fluency preferred

The expected base compensation for this role is $103,100 - $130,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
