Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and technically knowledgeable Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by selling enterprise-grade rack server products and technology solutions.  You will manage the entire complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing,

Key Responsibilities

 

Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by selling server products and driving the company’s assembly solution to prospective clients, offering services capable of L6–L11 manufacturing.


Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, technical discovery, customer collaboration to define full system specs, solution proposing, negotiation, and closing.


Technical Consultation: Partner with Sales Engineers / Solutions Architects to design and present complex server architectures (rack, tower, blade, and multi-node servers) to prospective clients.


Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with key IT decision-makers and C-level executives. Act as the liaison between the in-house team and customers.


Market Expansion: AI training and interference, edge computing and surveillances solutions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Responsible for quoting and configuration to build solution BOMs. Coordinate closely production, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure pricing accuracy, inventory availability, and seamless hardware delivery.

 

Qualifications & Requirements


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.


Experience: 3–5+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience in the server products, OEM, or technology distribution industry.


Hardware Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of data center infrastructure, server form factors and hardware to be able to tailor solutions to customer requirements.


Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in hunting for new business, building a robust pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.


Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical hardware benefits to both C-level executives and technical IT buyers.

Software Proficiency: Experience using ERP platforms.


Travel:  The position requires 25% travel.
