The Spirit of the Position:
A Garage Supervisor will oversee the facilities of the garage and/or surface lots and ensure preservation of the location.

What will I do?
• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Assist in establishing performance standards, recommending and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data or other reports requested by management.
Assists with periodic training as needed.
Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the company.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Experience:
  • Supervisor experience is required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Some lead experience is a plus.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:
  • Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
  • Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:
  • Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
