Job description

Shared Imaging is a privately held organization that has been committed to growing organically and has doubled our revenue in the past 10 years and is committed to having the best technology possible to help support our clients. Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Regional Operations Supervisor in our South Central / Houston, TX locations.ย  Preferred residency is the greater Houston, TX area.

Location Coverage (must be willing and able to travel to all locations):

  • Kelsey Seybold TX based:ย  Katy/Richmond, Pasadena, Clear Lake/Webster, Stafford, Summer Creek/Humble, Kingwood/Porter, Vintage/Houston, Pearland, and Sugar Land, TX
  • TDJC Sites:ย  Huntsville, Beaumont, Gatesville, Rosharon and Navasota, TX
  • UTMB Site:ย  Galveston, TX

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Formal process and quality management training such as lean six sigma.
  • A solid understanding of P&L reports and the drivers behind profitability.
  • A positive track record of B2B customer engagement and management preferably with healthcare providers.
  • Experience creating and cultivating engaged, self-directed teams.
  • Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education, Experience and Travel

  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.
  • Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is ARRT registered (MR and/or CT) or ARMRIT registered by an approved registry organization and TX Medical Board License.
  • 5 years as an MRI or CT Technologist preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Lead Technologist preferred.
  • Work from home, with overnight travel (5-7 nights/month).
