What You Bring:
- Proven experience in leading successful project teams with 5-10 years of previous experience in supervisory/management role in the industrial construction or the oil & gas   industry
- Strategically oversee, monitor, and manage of a project
- Combination of work experience in a similar role and industry related trade certification / education
- Pivotal in planning, organizing, and controlling a project to meet and exceed expectations
- Ensuring utilization and compliance of corporate policies and procedures
- Prioritization of business needs, while keeping projects aligned with organizations strategy and portfolio direction
- Provide guidance to project staff, responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by influencing, developing, and implementing field project plans and schedule
