Overview
THE ROLE:
Herbalife is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about storytelling, thinks strategically, has strong digital media and data analysis skills, and has a proven track record of generating engaging, strategic content and delivering exemplary results. In this role, the candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing digital strategies and campaigns to drive brand and company affinity, top-of-mind awareness, and positive reputation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with demonstrated experience in digital media / content creation and data analytics. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Communications & Analytics on the Global Digital Marketing team that oversees global website, social media, search, and AI, this role requires creativity and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including sales, corporate communications, brand marketing, product marketing, events, production, and more. It requires sound judgment and decision-making ability.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
โ€ข Oversee day-to-day content development and publishing across specific corporate social platforms, such as TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest
โ€ข Review and respond in real-time all comments, queries, direct messages, and social@ emails, triaging as necessary to appropriate stakeholders. Support community management agency on moderation and community engagement.
โ€ข Monitor the company's presence and reputation online.
โ€ข Support content strategy and creative development of graphics, illustrations, video, and dynamic visuals for publishing across corporate digital properties
โ€ข Work closely with the rest of the global digital marketing team and the global brand team to develop creative briefs based on the visual needs/requirements for each platform.
โ€ข Support development of and adherence to editorial calendar to ensure content and assets are being released on time.
โ€ข Update and refresh corporate/brand information on social media pages (about section, profile, bio, header, etc.), as needed.
โ€ข Work with teammates and external analytics partners to report on social analytics and insights to inform creative strategy and content performance.

You'll be part of a nimble, hands-on Digital Marketing team of 8 full-time teammates plus cross-functional partners, contractors, and agencies, that works collaboratively to elevate Herbalife's brand, grow our digital presence, and strengthen our reputation. The team values innovation, adaptability, and teamwork across regions-and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategy and creativity go hand in hand. The team drives the company's digital strategy, including global social media, website, search, apps, and AI.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
โ€ข 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency)
โ€ข Experience in social media content creation, preferable in the health, wellness or nutrition industries
โ€ข Strong writing and editing skills
โ€ข Understanding of the social media landscape and experience working across platforms
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective campaigns with measurable results
โ€ข Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines
โ€ข Self-motivated and reliable, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional team members
โ€ข Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure
โ€ข Strong understanding of digital-specific KPIs and reporting techniques, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to inform strategies
