Your daily work schedule:

  • Professionally answer incoming calls and warmly greet customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Review and confirm all scheduled appointments for the current business day, rescheduling as needed and completing daily outbound call activities.
  • Clearly and confidently explain complex financial products in terms customers can easily understand.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, offering timely solutions related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Build trust and rapport with both customers and team members through consistent, respectful communication.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and concerns, track resolution progress, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the automotive manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction and apply them in daily interactions.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Licensing & Experience
    • Holds active and in-good-standing Insurance Agent and Broker licenses
    • Minimum one year of Auto Insurance sales experience
    • At least one year of prior customer-facing or telephone-based service experience
