Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Manager to drive sales and adoption of AI Software, and partner AI solutions integrated with Supermicro hardware platforms. This role will focus on accelerating enterprise AI adoption, training sales teams, and driving software attach as part of Supermicro's Total AI Solutions strategy. The Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners, promoting AI factory solutions, building enablement programs, and ensuring Supermicro is positioned as a leader in the rapidly growing AI and Inferencing market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enterprise AI Sales Enablement - Partner with Sales teams to identify, influence, and accelerate closure of AI software opportunities through enablement and strategic engagement.
Software + Hardware Attach Strategy - Drive alignment and co-sell motions that promote the attach of AI software and ecosystem partner solutions with Supermicro GPU-optimized systems.
Deal Acceleration - Coordinate with Supermicro Sales teams and AI Software Partners to advance deal progression, technical validation (POCs), and seamless solution execution.
Sales Empowerment - Develop and deliver enablement content, training, and demos that equip Sales and Partners to position AI and Inferencing solutions effectively.
Market Development Leadership - Initiate and manage joint marketing activities, campaigns, and events with AI software partners to create demand and expand pipeline.
Sales Intelligence & Insights - Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and field trends to inform product and GTM strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work across Sales, Product Management, Systems, and Marketing teams to ensure GTM alignment, solution readiness, and campaign execution.
Customer Evangelism - Serve as a trusted AI advisor, helping enterprises adopt AI accelerators, hybrid cloud strategies, and Inferencing AI deployments aligned to best
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, pre-sales consulting, or technical go-to-market roles supporting enterprise customers in developing and closing large AI initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in enabling or accelerating adoption of AI and Inferencing AI solutions within enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Inferencing AI solution architectures and customer use cases.
• Familiarity with AI software stacks, GPUs, and ecosystem partner integrations.
• Basic understanding of enterprise AI workloads, including LLMs, inference, RAG pipelines, model training, and hybrid deployments.
• Technical understanding of servers, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure, enabling positioning of end-to-end AI solutions alongside Sales teams.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver enablement programs, content, and training to equip sales teams and partners.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with experience influencing and advising C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Inferencing AI scaling and optimization, including latency, throughput, and cost-performance tuning.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Run.ai, Mission Control).
• Basic understanding with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) and deployment environments (Hugging Face, RAG pipelines).
• Familiar with databases and vector stores (e.g. Chroma, VAST, Milvus).
• Pre-sales consulting experience with AI/ML and inferencing solutions.
• Edge or IoT AI pre-sales consulting experience is a plus.
Salary Range
$109,000 - $150,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
