RoleOverview:
The Customer Service Representative will beresponsible for all phases of order fulfillment from receipt of order untildelivery of all proprietary products to the customer.
The incumbent receives direction from the Team Leader. Theincumbent will live the corporate values of treating people with dignity andrespect, practicing leadership, driving continuous improvement, acting with asense of urgency, promoting innovation, fighting for consensus, and managingthrough teams.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison for customer and sales reps to Sales and other areas.
  • Perform all activities of order receipt, entry, allocation or product and routing goods as necessary to achieve on time delivery.
  • React promptly to coordinate, communicate, and implement customer driven requirements.
  • Acquire and provide knowledgeable product data for reps and customers.
  • Proactively communicate order status updates to reps and customers.
  • Proactively keep the customer informed as to the status of their order.
  • Provide cross support within the department to ensure full time availability for quality service and responsiveness.
  • Interpret customer programs and pricing schemes for system set-up.
  • Actively engage in efforts to improve methods to benefit the customer and the effective operation of the department.
  • Provide courteous and professional response for consumer sourced communication and concerns.
  • Interact as needed regarding quality issues and projects and collaborate with Bemis personnel, sales reps, and customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or its equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Effective and persuasive verbal communicator and good listener that provides confidence in all situations with reps, consumers, sales managers, and internal partners.
  • Mechanical and functional understanding of Proprietary products.
  • Competent writing skills that are clear, concise and address the issue.
  • Personal traits: problem solver, accurate, good decision maker, diplomatic, self-starter, dependable and energetic.
  • Team traits: supportive, positive attitude, result focus, task sharing, identifies goals and is a strong contributor.
  • Administrative traits: organized, can multitask, appropriate time awareness, prioritization and adheres to standards.
  • Strong Excel skills and systems orientation.
  • Experience with the design and the processing of computer data reports.
  • Assist in establishing policy and protocol for Rep, customer, and consumer information interfaces, including Web, e-mail, phone etc.
