TRC's client is a well-established commercial construction firm seeking a Superintendent on a full time, direct hire basis.

Role Description

The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver metro area. This position oversees day-to-day construction activities, including coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The Superintendent monitors project schedules, tracks progress, and works closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects and Subcontractors to maintain timelines and stay within budget. Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, conducting site inspections.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
-Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
-Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays or conflicts.
-Maintain compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
-Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies while promoting a strong safety culture.
-Conduct daily site inspections, safety meetings, and toolbox talks.
-Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
-Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
-Review and coordinate material deliveries to support project schedules.
-Identify and resolve field-related challenges while minimizing project disruptions.
