Superintendent positions refer to leadership roles responsible for overseeing operations in various sectors, such as education, construction, or public works. In education, a superintendent is the chief executive officer of a school district, managing policies, budgets, and staff. To thrive as a Superintendent, you need strong leadership abilities, project management skills, and substantial experience in construction or facility operations, often supported by a relevant degree or trade certification.
