• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, assess their abilities, and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their needs and goals.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting realistic and achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adjusting approaches according to patients' progress and responses to therapy in a manner consistent with current healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care, recognizing when adjustments in therapy or referrals to other specialists are necessary.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential.
