• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients through an in-depth review of their medical history, specific assessments, and the accurate documentation of findings to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment recommendations to both patients and their families, ensuring active participation in setting achievable therapeutic goals.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to each patient's unique situation, while adapting therapies according to evolving healthcare standards.
• Maintain a collaborative approach by consulting with other healthcare providers when necessary, documenting changes in patients' conditions that may warrant adjustments in care plans.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and follow-up care, maintaining legible and detailed records that reflect the patient's treatment progress, including daily notes and discharge summaries.
• Exemplify excellent time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule, ensuring punctuality for meetings and patient appointments.
• Actively participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and improve access to care for potential patients.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives, while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in the field.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance professional competencies and maintain licensure, while also mentoring students as a clinical instructor when applicable.
• Promote a positive patient experience by being adaptable to patient needs and responsive to feedback, thus enhancing overall satisfaction and care access.

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Superb Life Living Physical Therapy, you will work closely with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, chronic conditions, and postural dysfunctions. Our multidisciplinary team is focused on delivering personalized therapeutic services that enhance functionality and quality of life for our clients, contributing to their holistic recovery and rehabilitation journey.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• Valid DPT license to practice in the State of New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow within the profession.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting is preferred but not required.
• Previous clinical experience in managing diverse patient populations and treatment modalities would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms is beneficial as we adapt to modern healthcare delivery methods.
