Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Super / Porter. This position requires 30 hours per week and is based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Perform duties related to the role of Super / Porter with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with building residents.
  • A high standard of work quality and attention to detail is expected.
  • Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of the building.
  • Handle tasks requiring the skill set of Super effectively and timely.
  • Knowledge of NYC waste disposal regulations required.
Skills Required
  • Proven experience and proficiency as a Super / Porter
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be responsible and reliable.
  • Hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00AM - 2:00PM
