Assistant Super/Assistant PM

We are searching for an Assistant Super/Assistant PM for a well-respected, well-established GC based in mid-Suffolk County. Candidates must be:

  • Able to visit and inspect active job sites
  • Able to go up and down ladders, scaffolding, etc.
  • Able to work in an office setting handling the necessary paperwork
  • Able to communicate with management, other staff, as well as the clients
  • Have strong computer skills
  • Have strong communication skills, both written & verbal

Company performs SCA work, libraries, firehouses and other types of public works. Minimum of 2 years prior experience (you will be asked to submit a projects list). Salary commensurate with experience. Strong comp & benefits plan.
