Collaborate with two experienced dentists and an outstanding team of six dedicated hygienists , providing a steady stream of treatment opportunities and excellent patient support.

You'll practice in a well-equipped 9-operatory office featuring:

• CBCT imaging on-site
• Eaglesoft practice management software
• Modern clinical workflows designed for efficiency and excellent patient care

Focus on comprehensive dentistry—not volume-driven production.

Our practice is 100% PPO and Fee-for-Service , with no Medicaid and no HMO plans , allowing you to build long-term patient relationships while delivering high-quality care.

We're seeking a dentist who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry and is comfortable with—or eager to continue developing skills in:

• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
• Crown & bridge and restorative dentistry
• Surgical extractions
• Molar endodontics
• Implant dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• Sedation dentistry (interest strongly preferred)

Full-Time

• Four clinical days per week
• Typical office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule established collaboratively with the practice partners

We're looking for a dentist who has:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred
• Confidence practicing comprehensive general dentistry
• Interest in advanced procedures and broad clinical scope
• Interest in sedation dentistry preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to outstanding patient care

While our preference is an experienced clinician, we will also consider an exceptional early-career dentist with outstanding clinical ability, strong mentorship, and a demonstrated passion for becoming a comprehensive "Super GP."
