Plus, we offer a consistent workflow and always have overtime available for those who want it.Day-to-Day:As an HVAC Technician, your day starts with reviewing your schedule and preparing for tasks ranging from routine maintenance to diagnosing issues and installing new systems in clients' homes or light commercial buildings in Cuyahoga and Lake counties. You aim to provide exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and generates repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will expand your skills with geothermal and radiant systems, working on cutting-edge technologies and tackling diverse challenges in retrofit, renovation, and new construction projects, offering continual learning and growth opportunities in your career!Qualifications:EPA certifiedPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing heating and cooling systemsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordPrevious HVAC service experience is preferred, but not required.
