• Establish and maintain trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients to facilitate open dialogue and effective treatment.
• Diagnose mental health disorders, employing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies to inform treatment plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, considering their personal circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions via telehealth, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment strategies based on progress and feedback.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client progress, documenting key insights and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional specialists when required, guaranteeing comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sunrise Haven, you will primarily work with an array of clients dealing with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Texas.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and a comfort with digital communication tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload efficiently while managing administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy in a clinical or healthcare setting.
