This remote role allows counselors to work from their own home office, utilizing cloud-based systems for patient care. • Conduct telehealth sessions for patients, offering individual, family, and group counseling aimed at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Utilize a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations from insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Engage in treatment programs designed to alleviate symptoms associated with mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Focus on patient safety and confidentiality, actively listening to clients to ensure their needs are met with respect and empathy.
• Participate in continued professional development through workshops and training programs made available by the organization.

The LPC role is centered around a diverse patient population that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health concerns, tailoring your approach to fit each client's unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of mental health counseling experience is essential for this role.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet, and a web camera for virtual sessions.
• The ability to work independently, managing your own schedule while remaining connected to the team.

• Experience with trauma-informed care or specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• Familiarity with mental health EHR systems or telehealth platforms will be beneficial for this role.
• Previous experience in outpatient clinical settings enhances understanding of diverse patient needs.
