• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, updating treatment plans and documenting changes accurately in our electronic health record system to ensure seamless communication with the care team.
• Provide patient education on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies to empower patients and their families in managing their health.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance treatment approaches and address various patient needs through case discussions and inter-disciplinary meetings.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain issues. Your role will focus on providing compassionate care and individualized treatment strategies to help patients regain mobility, strength, and overall function. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic patients.
• Strong clinical and evaluative skills, with the ability to adapt treatment techniques to meet individual patient needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.

• Certification in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Dry Needling or Kinesiology Taping.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient management.
• Familiarity with developing community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
