• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment regimens.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a well-rounded care experience for each patient.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in physical therapy, integrating relevant advancements into everyday patient care.

The successful candidate will engage with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. This role requires the ability to work empathetically with patients of various ages, tailoring treatment strategies to meet their unique needs and goals.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering patient-centered care.

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for efficient documentation and patient tracking.
• Advanced training or certification in specific orthopedic therapeutic techniques (e.g., dry needling, Kinesiology taping).

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
