What you'll do:
Responsible for welding andreworking products using MIG/TIG techniques per specifications and blueprints.
  • Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS3G/4G) on steel, stainless, and aluminum per blueprints and weld symbols
  • Set up and maintain weldingequipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect work and prior processesto ensure quality and production flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to resolve issues and support continuous
  • improvement
    Maintain a clean, safe, andorganized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives

What you need to be successful:
  • High School Diploma or GED;excellent attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to read and interpretblueprints and weld specifications
  • Pass a welding certification test;prior welding experience/certifications preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented,and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to rotate across weldareas, wear PPE, work overtime, and pursue skill development
