Job description

Position Purpose:
The Analyst, User Generated Content serves as the primary program management lead for the campaigns within the User Generated Content team. You would be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign exceptions and ensuring program integrity across all campaign initiatives. You would monitor member and vendor performance, analyze campaign and appliance-level results, and track non-campaign member performance and churn. You would own post purchase campaign performance tracking across both online and in-store channels, and oversee monitoring of incentivized review programs. You would work cross-functionally with UGC leadership, vendors, and program members to keep performance on track and drive continuous improvement across the campaign ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 30% Become the subject matter expert for assigned product category online. Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements associated with assigned projects.
  • 10% Responsible for category product data projects and status reporting SKU collection and maintenance, product cross merchandising online, product presentation, etc.
  • 15% Measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets. Develop and execute ongoing enhancement/optimization strategy based on measured performance and customer feedback.
  • 10% Responsible for prioritizing projects, tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded.
  • 10% Coordinate integrated teams from one or more external agencies or functional organizations supporting managed initiatives.
  • 10% Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise - store sku alignment, online product availability, etc.
  • 10% Ability to author clear, concise end user/training materials for processes.

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data analysis and performance monitoring across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience with vendor management and performance evaluation
  • Familiarity with campaign management across online and in-store channels
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to identify and manage exceptions/escalations independently
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Positive, self-directed, and team-oriented with a professional, can-do attitude
  • Influential; skilled at negotiating win-win outcomes with vendors and internal partners
  • Experience with campaign management, marketing campaigns, or contextual commerce a plus
