Title of position: Summer 2026 Temporary Member Service Representatives

Position Overview: As a Temporary Summer Member Service Representative (MSR), your focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency. Serving as a frontline representative of the organization, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. 

Compensation: $17.30 per hour.

Location: Currently looking to fill the following TEMP MSR Opportunities on-site at our Rochester Branch.

Responsibilities/duties: 

  • The focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency.

  • Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 

  • High school diploma.
  • Teller experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.
