This individual will assist with design and execution of a study of a summer learning camp for middle school students.
Job responsibilities
20%- Conduct a review of current literature related to the design of summer learning experiences in English Language Arts and Mathematics for middle school students.
30%- Identify effective models and "best practices" and conduct an analysis that connects camp design to learning theories and youth development.
40%- Develop a "rough" draft of a manuscript (15 to 20 pages) for the design of a summer learning camp that can be implemented in the college next summer.
10%- Other duties as assigned
