Job description

Job Description
The intern will establish a collaborative and sustainable approach to organize and manage portfolio documentation using the Microsoft Collaboration tools, which serves as a central communication and collaboration repository for the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) and key business stakeholders. The role will also assist with maintaining data quality in Planview to support portfolio-level reporting.
Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with documenting portfolio management processes and creating supporting reference materials and job aids.
  • Redesign the Technology Portfolio Management collaboration site.
  • Expose externally facing portfolio content used to communicate with the broader Sherwin-Williams enterprise and stakeholders engaged in portfolio delivery, governance, and investment committee activities.
  • Support data hygiene and clean-up efforts in Planview for active initiatives and programs to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with basic portfolio reporting preparation and validation.
  • Collaborate with team members on meeting preparation, updates, and follow-up actions related to portfolio activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program pursing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas of study:
    • Finance, accounting, or economics
    • Information systems, information technology, or computer science
    • Business concentration in operations, supply chain, or technology management

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Knowledge of Planview or Jira
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint
