A day in the life:
We're looking for a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of Data Transformation Solutions. The successful candidate will be able to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture and will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.
In addition, the candidate shall have:
  • Working knowledge of data collection and processing through analysis or data flow engineering.
  • General understanding of how data is processed and the necessary steps to stand up a new data flow.

What you bring to the table:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Five (5) additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience leading agile development ceremonies
  • Experience developing and updating technical documentation
  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance

Salary Range:
  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself.
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $120,000 - $170,000.
