Interns often assist with designing, analyzing, and inspecting buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. This internship helps participants develop practical skills, learn industry standards, and build a professional network, all of which are valuable for a future career in structural engineering.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Summer Structural Engineer Intern, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Summer Structural Engineer Intern, you need a solid understanding of engineering principles, coursework in structural analysis and design, and progress toward a civil or structural engineering degree.
