Job description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

The summer analyst associate will be responsible for supporting the Hudson Yards Sponsorship & Events team. The analysts will complete a competitor analysis of mixed-use properties spanning New York City, U.S and beyond. The analysis should include events, sponsors, brands, signage, and marketing campaigns while providing recommendations for prospects and brands that Hudson Yards should align with in its overall strategy and positioning as the ultimate destination in New York City.

  • Support in Hudson Yards sponsorship marketing execution including:
    • Collecting marketing assets and organizing promotional campaigns for channels such as social media, websites, email, and digital signage.
  • Assist in tracking and updating signage across sponsor assets and event signage around HY campus
    • Develop system to ensure all marketing channels are being tracked for sponsor promotion (website, social, paid, print, PR, email, Hudson Yards Digital Signage Network, Hudson Yards campus print signage, employee and residential marketing, etc.)
  • Update sponsor and partner measurement trackers including foot traffic, attendance #s, RSVPs, distributed giveaways, customer benefit redemptions, etc.
  • Schedule and attend client calls and take meeting notes to send post-calls to sponsors and partners.
  • Track partner and artist social media postings and tagging of Hudson Yards as it relates to contract fulfillment and to maximizing marketing efforts and further leverage visibility
  • Create sponsor and partner recap presentations
  • Support in Hudson Yards event execution, including:
    • Backyard programming check-in, set-up, and distribution of applicable giveaways
    • Summer Concerts artist meet & greet coordination for sponsors and VIPs (set-up, escorts, check-in, etc.)
    • Capturing photos of events for partner recaps and saving/organizing on shared folders (Box)
  • Collect real-time feedback during the events to provide feedback, ways to improve, and overall attendee sentiment
  • Maintain the HY event calendar accordingly for incoming activations across sponsors
  • Reorganize Box folders into a functional, organized system
  • Collaborate with fellow marketing interns and Related's corporate communications team to publish a Quarterly Intern Newsletter

Compensation: 

The hourly rate for this position is $25-$30

  • Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between May 2027- May 2028
  • Experience with social media, sales, digital analytics, brand marketing, event marketing and activations experience preferred 
  • Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges 
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge 
  • Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel, PowerPoint, and adobe.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment  
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
